Famous Freedom Fighters from India

India was achieved under the rule of the British nearly 100 years, finally complete freedom at the 15th August 1947. Ordinary people from different parts of the country came to join the freedom struggle. There are many who go unnamed to reach for their selfless acts, a free India. These individuals have so far still no award or credit card, but it will always remain in the hearts of every Indian in my memory.

But there are also those who for their courage and their knownUnselfishness lead to the people, by a united front. The first freedom fighter's profile name, the spirit comes in an Indian is Mahatma Gandhi. Born Mohandas Gandhi, he was popularly known as "The Mahatma" or "Gandhi". He gave the Indian people and non-violence as weapons to fight resistance against the unjust British. The said to him was to keep strictly to them. Some of his most famous campaigns against the tyrannical rule of the British are for the publicDisobedience, the Quit India Movement, Dandi March and the Non-cooperation movement. His practice of satyagraha, or nonviolent resistance has leaders like former U.S. Martin Luther King Jr., Myanmar striving for democracy, by Aung San Suu Kyi, and especially anti-apartheid leader from South Africa, Nelson Mandela led affected.

Another was a prominent Indian freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak was the teacher and scholar. He took prominent newspapers such as "Maratha" and"Govern Kesari" and the message of Swarajya and self-determination through them. He is well known known for his statement - Swaraj is my birthright and I shall have it. Subhas Chandra Bose is recognized as one of the leading revolutionary freedom fighters of that time. He was imprisoned many times. He also founded the Indian National Army. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel popularly known as Iron Man in India, was another great freedom fighters. The renunciation of his practice, he continued to struggle in IndiaFreedom.

The first Prime Minister of free India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru speech "Tryst with Destiny" on the eve of Indian independence, is a glorious moment in Indian history. A charismatic and radical leader, he was one of the youngest to lead the Indian National Congress and was a youth icon in the country. Revolutionaries, freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh and Khudiram Bose were ever so brave and courageous people who symbolized their lives forthe country at an early age.

Rabindra Nath Tagore and Swami Vivekanada, although not loudly their contribution to the freedom struggle, should nevertheless be mentioned for their contributions towards Indian independence in relation to the poetry and prose. Ashfaqulla Khan, Ramprasad Bismil, Madame Cama, Aurobindo Ghosh, Suhdev, Surya Sen, Vijay Lakshmi Pandit, and many others will be etched forever in the hearts of the people for their countless acts of bravery and courage.

As Indians, many ofof us do not about the impact of what has done this freedom fighter for us for almost 60 years to realize. But their exploits are still etched in the minds of men. What should we think of as the future of India always remember is the struggle they went through, just so we could have a better future. The freedom which we take for granted today, but by our employees to tell which is no longer alive to us as they have been living every day in this hard and difficult times. Let us remember not only the freedomFighters who are known, but also those in the freedom struggle, without their names honor dead.
